The Bons Illes Balears 2026<\/strong> will begin on 18 June<\/strong> with a record participation of 1,223 shops<\/strong> across 46 municipalities in the islands. The campaign, promoted by the Govern<\/strong> to encourage purchases in local businesses<\/strong> through direct discounts<\/strong>, will make 380,000 vouchers<\/strong> available, allowing consumers to save up to 60 euros<\/strong>. The discounts may be used until 31 July<\/strong> or until stocks run out<\/strong>.<\/p>\n The vouchers will be valid in establishments in sectors such as fashion, footwear, optics, beauty, jewellery and accessories<\/strong>. As the main new feature<\/strong> of this edition, the campaign is introducing a specific line for food retailers<\/strong> for the first time.<\/p>\n Consumers who wish to benefit from the campaign must go to any of the participating establishments and identify themselves with one of the following documents:<\/p>\n The retailer will verify the buyer\u2019s identity and process the vouchers at the time of purchase.<\/p>\n Each person may use:<\/p>\n Consumers will be able to benefit from direct discounts of up to 60 euros<\/strong> through these retail vouchers<\/strong> during the initiative\u2019s period of validity. This new edition has a budget of 3.8 million euros<\/strong> from the Conselleria de Empresa, Aut\u00f2noms i Energia.<\/p>\n The campaign will include 1,223 participating establishments, compared with 1,089 in the previous edition, setting a new record since the launch of this initiative to support local commerce.<\/p>\n Of all the participating businesses, 570 are run by self-employed workers<\/strong>, a figure that represents 46.6% of the total<\/strong> and reflects the importance of this group within the Balearic retail sector.<\/p>\n By sector, fashion and accessories<\/strong> once again lead the list of participating establishments, followed by footwear and leather goods, opticians, beauty and personal care businesses, and jewellery and costume jewellery shops<\/strong>.<\/p>\n The main new feature of this edition is the incorporation of a specific line for food retailers, with 68 participating businesses<\/strong>.
