The Fira de la S\u00edpia 2026<\/strong> (Cuttlefish Fair<\/strong>) in Alc\u00fadia<\/strong>, also known as the Fira N\u00e0utica i Mostra Gastron\u00f2mica de la S\u00edpia<\/strong>, reaches its 20th edition<\/strong> this April<\/strong>. On 17, 18 and 19 April<\/strong>, the Passeig Mar\u00edtim in Port d\u2019Alc\u00fadia will once again become the focal point of an event that brings together maritime tradition, nautical activity and a wide culinary offering with cuttlefish as the star ingredient<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Throughout the weekend, those who make their way to the port of Alc\u00fadia will be able to sample a wide range of dishes made with this product so closely linked to local cuisine. From more traditional recipes such as classic cuttlefish paella, fideu\u00e0 or frit<\/strong> to more creative and contemporary options that reinterpret this ingredient in new formats and combinations<\/strong>, such as burgers, cannelloni or burritos.<\/p>\n

As in previous years, more than 40 restaurants<\/strong> are taking part in the Fira de la S\u00edpia 2026 in Alc\u00fadia, both in the marquees set up for the occasion and in their own establishments. This offering is complemented by nautical exhibitors, the traditional craft and food market, and a programme of activities designed for all ages, with workshops and specific activities for children.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
