Photo: Palma City Council.<\/p><\/div>\n<p data-start=\"350\" data-end=\"710\">The exhibition brings together a total of <strong>16 photographs<\/strong> that introduce visitors to some of the country\u2019s <strong>main cultural and natural assets<\/strong>. These include the <strong>wooden churches of the Carpathian region<\/strong> and the <strong>historic centres of cities such as Lviv and Odesa<\/strong>, examples of a <strong>heritage that preserves centuries of history, traditions and cultural diversity<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"350\" data-end=\"710\">The effects of war on <strong>Ukraine\u2019s UNESCO World Heritage<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"712\" data-end=\"1125\">Beyond its informative value, the exhibition also has a <strong>raising-awareness dimension<\/strong>. The content is structured in <strong>two sections<\/strong>: one focused on Ukrainian heritage, both cultural and natural, and another addressing the <strong>impact of the war on these sites<\/strong>. In this sense, the exhibition seeks to highlight the <strong>consequences that the war is having on a legacy of incalculable value<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1127\" data-end=\"1425\">The initiative forms part of an <strong>international tour<\/strong> and has now arrived in Palma with the collaboration of the City Council\u2019s Department of Heritage and Interpretation of the City. Those attending the presentation included the First Deputy Mayor and Councillor for Culture, <strong>Javier Bonet<\/strong>; the consular representative, <strong>Anna Lvova<\/strong>; the Director General for Heritage and Interpretation of the City, <strong>Pilar Ribal<\/strong>; the Director General for Older People and Interculturality, <strong>Maria \u00c0ngels Due\u00f1as<\/strong>; and the Director General for Cultural Projects, <strong>Gori Vicens<\/strong>, together with prominent members of the Ukrainian community in Mallorca.
