Under the slogan <strong><em data-start=\"1426\" data-end=\"1474\">\u201cDriving the future and protecting the past\u201d<\/em><\/strong>, Horeca Mallorca 2026 expands its professional content, with special emphasis on the <strong data-start=\"1564\" data-end=\"1579\">Horeca Forum<\/strong>, which will run throughout the three days of the event in the Sala Palma.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1653\" data-end=\"1912\">This forum will host conferences, workshops and technical sessions focused on <strong data-start=\"1727\" data-end=\"1820\">business management, profitability, digitalisation, innovation, sustainability and marketing<\/strong>, key areas for improving the sector\u2019s competitiveness in an increasingly demanding environment.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"1914\" data-end=\"1968\">Exhibition area, competitions and awards at Horeca Mallorca 2026<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"1969\" data-end=\"2413\">The fair will maintain its <strong data-start=\"1991\" data-end=\"2010\">exhibition area<\/strong> as the core of commercial activity, where supplier companies will present products, services and innovations aimed at hotels, restaurants, caf\u00e9s and catering services.
