By <strong>November<\/strong>, it had assisted <strong>16,783 users<\/strong>, surpassing the target set for 2025, which was <strong>15,000<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_151154\" style=\"width: 790px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-151154\" class=\"size-full wp-image-151154\" src=\"https:\/\/mallorcaglobalmag.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/Oficina-para-la-Transicion-Energetica.webp\" alt=\"Office for the Energy Transition\" width=\"780\" height=\"520\" \/><p id=\"caption-attachment-151154\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Photo: CAIB.<\/p><\/div>\n<p data-start=\"551\" data-end=\"776\">The OTEIB operates under the Ministry of Enterprise, the Self-Employed and Energy, through the Balearic Energy Institute (IBE). Its mission is to <strong>advise the public<\/strong> and support municipalities throughout the <strong>energy transition<\/strong> process.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"778\" data-end=\"918\">In November alone, <strong>798 enquiries<\/strong> were registered at its offices. Most were related to <strong>grants and public subsidies<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"920\" data-end=\"1060\">A total of <strong>307 enquiries<\/strong> focused on the <strong>processing of grants<\/strong>. A further <strong>226<\/strong> were related to the status of <strong>ongoing applications<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"596\" data-end=\"631\"><strong data-start=\"596\" data-end=\"631\">Main enquiries handled<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"633\" data-end=\"856\">\n<li data-start=\"633\" data-end=\"669\">\n<p data-start=\"635\" data-end=\"669\">Grant applications: 307<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"670\" data-end=\"700\">\n<p data-start=\"672\" data-end=\"700\">Status of applications: 226<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"701\" data-end=\"719\">\n<p data-start=\"703\" data-end=\"719\">Melib Network: 104<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"720\" data-end=\"766\">\n<p data-start=\"722\" data-end=\"766\">Energy transition calls: 86<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"767\" data-end=\"809\">\n<p data-start=\"769\" data-end=\"809\">Social tariff and energy bills: 38<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"810\" data-end=\"856\">\n<p data-start=\"812\" data-end=\"856\">Renewables and energy refurbishment: 19<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"858\" data-end=\"900\"><strong data-start=\"858\" data-end=\"900\">Economic impact and support for municipalities<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"902\" data-end=\"1102\">Technical assistance to local councils generated a potential economic impact of \u20ac44,249 in November.
