M.<\/p><\/div>\n<p data-start=\"1048\" data-end=\"1192\">The agreement secures a total of <strong data-start=\"1080\" data-end=\"1108\">146 residential places<\/strong> and <strong data-start=\"1111\" data-end=\"1143\">40 day-care places<\/strong> distributed across five centres in the public network:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1194\" data-end=\"1483\">\n<li data-start=\"1194\" data-end=\"1247\">\n<p data-start=\"1196\" data-end=\"1247\"><strong data-start=\"1196\" data-end=\"1209\">30 places<\/strong> at the Mente 2 day centre (Palma)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1248\" data-end=\"1309\">\n<p data-start=\"1250\" data-end=\"1309\"><strong data-start=\"1250\" data-end=\"1263\">10 places<\/strong> at the Hospicio day centre (Felanitx)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1310\" data-end=\"1370\">\n<p data-start=\"1312\" data-end=\"1370\"><strong data-start=\"1312\" data-end=\"1325\">60 places<\/strong> at the Llar dels Ancians care home (Palma)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1371\" data-end=\"1430\">\n<p data-start=\"1373\" data-end=\"1430\"><strong data-start=\"1373\" data-end=\"1386\">70 places<\/strong> at the Son Caulelles care home (Marratx\u00ed)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1431\" data-end=\"1483\">\n<p data-start=\"1433\" data-end=\"1483\"><strong data-start=\"1433\" data-end=\"1446\">16 places<\/strong> at the Miquel Mir care home (Inca)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"1485\" data-end=\"1685\">This distribution makes it possible to strengthen dependency care in a balanced way across different parts of the island and to ensure coverage for the needs of older people and their families.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1687\" data-end=\"1961\">The agreement includes comprehensive services such as <strong data-start=\"1730\" data-end=\"1847\">accommodation, meals, hygiene, social and healthcare support, and activities aimed at promoting personal autonomy<\/strong>, following a person-centred care model adapted to each user\u2019s specific needs.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"1687\" data-end=\"1961\">Dignified, high-quality care<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"116\" data-end=\"525\">The President of the Consell de Mallorca, <strong data-start=\"138\" data-end=\"192\">Lloren\u00e7 Galm\u00e9s<\/strong>, has highlighted that \u201colder people are the roots of our society and we have a moral and institutional duty to ensure they receive dignified, high-quality care\u201d.
