Rumores infundados<\/b><\/em> gathers the joint work of Javier and Rafa Forteza, two artists who, using different languages, explore the limits of the image and the enigma of the face. Their paintings and sculptures feature an abstract, unrecognisable androgynous face that invites introspection. While Javier addresses emotion and movement in gesture, Rafa investigates the density of form and abstraction as a space for memory and silence. Through the Espai Estrella and materials from his workshops, the exhibition reconstructs his mental landscape: an archive of images, references, friendships, cultures, and places that nourished his work.
