budget goes to social policies<\/strong>, reaching <strong>\u20ac426.6 million<\/strong>, a <strong>9% increase<\/strong> on the previous year. \u201cThe Consell de Mallorca will continue allocating <strong>six out of every ten euros to policies that care for people<\/strong>, especially the <strong>most vulnerable<\/strong>,\u201d he stated.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1151\" data-end=\"1373\">In addition, the <strong>Government of the Balearic Islands<\/strong> is increasing its contribution to <strong data-start=\"1225\" data-end=\"1252\">\u20ac449.3 million<\/strong>, and key areas such as <strong>territory, mobility, environment, culture, tourism and administrative modernisation<\/strong> are reinforced.<\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"1151\" data-end=\"1373\">Breakdown by departments<\/h2>\n<h3 data-start=\"1442\" data-end=\"1465\"><strong data-start=\"1445\" data-end=\"1465\">Social Welfare<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul data-start=\"1466\" data-end=\"1813\">\n<li data-start=\"1466\" data-end=\"1527\">\n<p data-start=\"1468\" data-end=\"1527\">Budget of <strong data-start=\"1483\" data-end=\"1508\">\u20ac351 million<\/strong>, a <strong data-start=\"1513\" data-end=\"1524\">11% increase<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1528\" data-end=\"1596\">\n<p data-start=\"1530\" data-end=\"1596\"><strong data-start=\"1530\" data-end=\"1544\">\u20ac9 million<\/strong> for the Basic Municipal Services Plan.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1597\" data-end=\"1652\">\n<p data-start=\"1599\" data-end=\"1652\"><strong data-start=\"1599\" data-end=\"1613\">\u20ac3 million<\/strong> in grants for municipal care homes.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1653\" data-end=\"1699\">\n<p data-start=\"1655\" data-end=\"1699\"><strong data-start=\"1655\" data-end=\"1672\">\u20ac14.7 million<\/strong> for the SAID and SAID-DIC services.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1700\" data-end=\"1813\">\n<p data-start=\"1702\" data-end=\"1813\">\u201c<strong data-start=\"1711\" data-end=\"1724\">Ca meva<\/strong>\u201d Programme: <strong data-start=\"1726\" data-end=\"1738\">\u20ac1 million<\/strong> to support housing access for people with disabilities and at risk of social exclusion.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 data-start=\"1820\" data-end=\"1867\"><strong data-start=\"1823\" data-end=\"1867\">Territory, Mobility and Infrastructure<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul data-start=\"1868\" data-end=\"2299\">\n<li data-start=\"1868\" data-end=\"1912\">\n<p data-start=\"1870\" data-end=\"1912\">Budget of <strong data-start=\"1885\" data-end=\"1903\">\u20ac133.8 million<\/strong> (+1%).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1913\" data-end=\"2089\">\n<p data-start=\"1915\" data-end=\"1964\"><strong data-start=\"1969\" data-end=\"1996\">Sant Lloren\u00e7 bypass,<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1999\" data-end=\"2033\">\n<p data-start=\"2001\" data-end=\"2033\">s\u2019Alqueria Blanca bypass,<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2036\" data-end=\"2089\">\n<p data-start=\"2038\" data-end=\"2089\">Roundabout on the S\u00f3ller road next to the ITV centre.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li <strong data-start=\"3065\" data-end=\"3081\">\u20ac7.7 million<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3085\" data-end=\"3126\">\n<p data-start=\"3087\" data-end=\"3126\">Mallorca Literary Foundation: <strong data-start=\"3107\" data-end=\"3123\">\u20ac1.7 million<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3127\" data-end=\"3158\">\n<p data-start=\"3129\" data-end=\"3158\">Maritime Museum: <strong data-start=\"3145\" data-end=\"3157\">\u20ac1 million<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 data-start=\"3165\" data-end=\"3179\"><strong data-start=\"3168\" data-end=\"3179\">Tourism<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul data-start=\"3180\" data-end=\"3618\">\n<li data-start=\"3180\" data-end=\"3252\">\n<p data-start=\"3182\" data-end=\"3252\">Budget of <strong data-start=\"3197\" data-end=\"3214\">\u20ac20.6 million<\/strong>, an increase of <strong data-start=\"3233\" data-end=\"3249\">\u20ac3.6 million<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3253\" data-end=\"3335\">\n<p data-start=\"3255\" data-end=\"3335\"><strong data-start=\"3255\" data-end=\"3269\">\u20ac9 million<\/strong> to strengthen inspectors and Sanctions Service staff.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3336\" data-end=\"3436\">\n<p data-start=\"3338\" data-end=\"3436\"><strong data-start=\"3338\" data-end=\"3352\">\u20ac7 million<\/strong> from the sustainable tourism tax for campaigns and combating illegal tourist activity.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3437\" data-end=\"3489\">\n<p data-start=\"3439\" data-end=\"3489\"><strong data-start=\"3439\" data-end=\"3455\">\u20ac2.6 million<\/strong> against tourism intrusion.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3490\" data-end=\"3539\">\n<p data-start=\"3492\" data-end=\"3539\">Mallorca Tourism Foundation:
