During this period, only <strong data-start=\"808\" data-end=\"859\">emergency vehicles and public transport<\/strong> will be allowed through the tunnel, mainly <strong>TIB buses<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"902\" data-end=\"934\">Investment and Planned Improvements<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"935\" data-end=\"1107\">The works have a <strong data-start=\"967\" data-end=\"997\">budget of \u20ac600,000<\/strong> and aim to enhance the safety of the infrastructure. The main improvements include:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1109\" data-end=\"1417\">\n<li data-start=\"1109\" data-end=\"1192\">\n<p data-start=\"1111\" data-end=\"1192\">Installation and renewal of <strong data-start=\"1139\" data-end=\"1178\">more than 3 kilometres of fibre optic cable<\/strong> and wiring.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1193\" data-end=\"1252\">\n<p data-start=\"1195\" data-end=\"1252\">Replacement of <strong data-start=\"1214\" data-end=\"1249\">obsolete surveillance cameras<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1253\" data-end=\"1307\">\n<p data-start=\"1255\" data-end=\"1307\">Improvement of the <strong data-start=\"1266\" data-end=\"1304\">accident detection system<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1308\" data-end=\"1348\">\n<p data-start=\"1310\" data-end=\"1348\"><strong data-start=\"1310\" data-end=\"1345\">Cleaning and inspection of drainage systems<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1349\" data-end=\"1417\">\n<p data-start=\"1351\" data-end=\"1417\">Checking of <strong data-start=\"1371\" data-end=\"1414\">fire safety and ventilation systems<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"1419\" data-end=\"1557\">These interventions will modernise internal communications and optimise emergency response within the tunnel.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"1559\" data-end=\"1597\">Impact on the Sa Mola Tunnel<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"1598\" data-end=\"1774\">At the same time, <strong data-start=\"1644\" data-end=\"1706\">night-time maintenance work will also be carried out in the Sa Mola Tunnel<\/strong>, located on the road descending towards the <strong data-start=\"1751\" data-end=\"1771\">port of S\u00f3ller<\/strong>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The S\u00f3ller Tunnel will remain closed at night from next <a href=\"https:\/\/mallorcaglobalmag.es\/en\/cierre-tunel-soller-6-octubre-hasta-mediados-noviembre\/\"> [&#8230;]<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":4,"featured_media":149470,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[1527],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-149472","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-town-planning"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v25.2 -
