The programme begins on <strong data-start=\"336\" data-end=\"355\">7 September<\/strong> and runs until <strong data-start=\"379\" data-end=\"399\">21 September<\/strong>, offering more than two weeks of events for all audiences. This year, the central theme of the commemoration is the <strong data-start=\"518\" data-end=\"568\">150th anniversary of the poem <em>El pi de Formentor<\/em><\/strong>, a symbolic pine tree on the Formentor peninsula immortalised by Miquel Costa i Llobera. It represents Mallorca\u2019s natural<strong> beauty, resilience, and cultural identity<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"782\" data-end=\"812\">Fira d\u2019Artesania MallorcArt (MallorcArt Craft Fair)<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"814\" data-end=\"1207\">One of the highlights of the Diada will be the <strong data-start=\"866\" data-end=\"897\">Fira d\u2019Artesania MallorcArt (MallorcArt Craft Fair)<\/strong>, which will take place from <strong data-start=\"920\" data-end=\"946\">11 to 14 September<\/strong> in the <strong data-start=\"953\" data-end=\"982\">jard\u00ed de la Miseric\u00f2rdia (Miseric\u00f2rdia Garden)<\/strong> in Palma. More than twenty local artisans will exhibit and sell their products in a space free of unfair competition, promoting Mallorca\u2019s authentic crafts. The celebration will end on <strong>21 September<\/strong> with the pre-match event between <strong>Real Mallorca<\/strong> and <strong>Atl\u00e9tico de Madrid<\/strong>, which will include a show of <em><strong>ball de bot<\/strong><\/em> (traditional Mallorcan dance), <em><strong>xeremiers<\/strong><\/em> (bagpipers) and the participation of the <strong>Fire Brigade of Mallorca<\/strong>, as well as a <strong>giant mosaic in the stands<\/strong> to close the commemoration.
