The actions, financed with <strong>Next Generation EU funds<\/strong>, will focus on <strong>mobility, accessibility, heritage and land planning<\/strong>. The aim is to strengthen a more resilient and balanced tourism model. Photo: CAIB.<\/p><\/div>\n<p>The projects in the municipalities are detailed as follows:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Binissalem:<\/strong> \u20ac191,462.74 to complete the funding of the Can Marc Socio-Tourism Cultural Centre, a key infrastructure for cultural and tourism promotion.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Banyalbufar:<\/strong> \u20ac5,263.50 to install a public drinking water fountain.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Porreres:<\/strong> \u20ac587,479.20 to create a civic-cultural axis that will calm traffic and improve public spaces.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Santa Eul\u00e0ria des Riu:<\/strong> \u20ac1,161,598.79 for the coastal path, improving access to the seafront and restoring the Puig d\u2019en Fita waterfront.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Maria de la Salut:<\/strong> \u20ac635,418 to purchase a plot next to the Sa Font sports centre and build a car park to improve access to public facilities.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Es Castell:<\/strong> \u20ac774,847.58 to purchase land and improve the M-2 road, enhancing mobility and road safety.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Felanitx:<\/strong> \u20ac437,225.78 to purchase a plot in Soler Street and build a public car park to reduce traffic congestion.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Santa Margalida:<\/strong> \u20ac2,424,764.33 to acquire a property in Santa Eul\u00e0ria for tourism development projects.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>All subsidies are <strong>paid in advance at 100% and without requiring guarantees<\/strong>.
