Photo: CAIB.<\/p><\/div>\n<p>The project, the result of collaboration between the <strong>Balearic Government<\/strong>, the <strong>Palma City Council<\/strong>, the <strong>Reina Sof\u00eda National Art Centre Museum<\/strong>, and various cultural institutions, offers a <strong>plural and complementary perspective<\/strong> on the artist\u2019s career. A parallel exhibition at the <strong>Museu de Mallorca<\/strong>, organised by the Island Council, highlights Mir\u00f3\u2019s contribution to contemporary art in Mallorca.<\/p>\n<h2>Paysage Mir\u00f3: four perspectives on the artist<\/h2>\n<p>Paysage Mir\u00f3 is structured around four exhibitions, each exploring different dimensions of Mir\u00f3\u2019s work and thought:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>\u2018La guspira m\u00e0gica\u2019<\/strong>, at the <a href=\"https:\/\/miromallorca.com\/es\/inauguramos-paysage-miro-la-chispa-magica\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Fundaci\u00f3 Mir\u00f3 Mallorca<\/strong><\/a>, is open until <strong>11 November 2025<\/strong>. It features 38 works by Mir\u00f3 and other artists \u2014including Picasso, Kandinsky, Calder, and Giacometti\u2014 along with over 250 personal objects and documents from Taller Sert, Son Boter, and his house in Son Abrines. The exhibition focuses on the role of chance, unexpected encounters, and Mir\u00f3\u2019s living environment in his creative process.<\/li>\n<li><strong>\u2018La for\u00e7a inicial\u2019<\/strong> opens today, Thursday, at <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.caib.es\/sites\/lallotjadepalma\/es\/paysage_miro\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">La Llotja<\/a><\/strong> (8 p.m.) and will remain open until <strong>8 February 2026<\/strong>. While curatorial details have yet to be fully disclosed, this exhibition is expected to be one of the most impactful of the series.<\/li>\n<li><strong>\u2018El color i la seva ombra\u2019<\/strong> will open tomorrow, Friday (7:30 p.m.), at the <a href=\"https:\/\/casalsolleric.palma.es\/-\/paysage-mir%C3%B3.-el-color-i-la-seva-ombra?redirect=%2F\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Casal Solleric<\/strong><\/a>. It offers a non-linear journey through Mir\u00f3\u2019s visual universe, highlighting the dialogue between painting and sculpture. The exhibition includes 40 pieces \u2014many of them never before shown in the Balearic Islands\u2014 mainly from the Reina Sof\u00eda collection. It focuses on his bronze sculptures from the 1960s and 70s, shaped by folk art, found objects, and primitive symbolism. The exhibition runs until <strong>9 November 2025<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>\u2018Pintar entre les coses\u2019<\/strong>, the final exhibition to open, will do so this Friday at 8:30 p.m. at <a href=\"https:\/\/esbaluard.org\/exposicion\/paysage-miro-pintar-entre-las-cosas\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>es Baluard<\/strong><\/a>. Photo: CAIB.<\/p><\/div>\n<p>The majority of works come from the Reina Sof\u00eda collection, but contributions also include pieces from the <strong>Fundaci\u00f3 Mir\u00f3 Mallorca<\/strong>, the <strong>Fundaci\u00f3 Mir\u00f3 Barcelona<\/strong>, the <strong>Fundaci\u00f3 Mas Mir\u00f3 in Mont-roig<\/strong>, <strong>MACBA<\/strong>, <strong>es Baluard<\/strong>, <strong>Galeria Pelaires<\/strong>, and <strong>private collections<\/strong>. Together, they offer a unique opportunity to rediscover Mir\u00f3\u2019s oeuvre through painting, sculpture, graphic work, personal documents, and everyday objects.<\/p>\n<p>Visitors can consult full opening hours and details on the websites of the participating venues.
