Although many stores focus their offers in July and August, since the sales were deregulated in 2012, discounts can be found throughout the year. Still, this season remains the most intense for consumers.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"911\" data-end=\"1094\">The Directorate General for Benefits, Pharmacy and Consumer Affairs of the Health Department reminds us that during sales <strong>prices go down, but not consumers&#8217; rights<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"876\" data-end=\"932\">Key advice for responsible consumption during the summer sales 2025<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"934\" data-end=\"1133\">Buying responsibly during the summer sales 2025 is essential to avoid impulsive purchases, defective products or later conflicts. Here are the main recommendations so your shopping is safe, legal and satisfactory:<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1135\" data-end=\"1168\"><strong>1. Plan before you buy<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1169\" data-end=\"1318\">\n<li data-start=\"1169\" data-end=\"1215\">\n<p data-start=\"1171\" data-end=\"1215\">Make a list of what you really need.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1216\" data-end=\"1268\">\n<p data-start=\"1218\" data-end=\"1268\">Set a budget to avoid impulsive spending.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1269\" data-end=\"1318\">\n<p data-start=\"1271\" data-end=\"1318\">Compare prices and quality before deciding.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"1320\" data-end=\"1355\"><strong>2.
