This event, taking place from <strong>11:00 to 15:00<\/strong>, aims to <strong>promote and showcase local products<\/strong> from the <strong>Serra de Tramuntana<\/strong> bearing the <strong>Quality Label<\/strong>, with the participation of <strong>renowned Mallorcan chefs<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"111\" data-end=\"576\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-118141 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/mallorcaglobalmag.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/Cartell-jornada-gastronomica1200x625.webp\" alt=\"De la terra a la cuina\" width=\"780\" height=\"406\" \/><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"578\" data-end=\"1116\">Throughout the event, attendees will enjoy <strong>a variety of activities<\/strong> related to the <strong>gastronomy and heritage<\/strong> of the Serra. There will be a <strong>local products fair<\/strong>, a <strong>guided tour of the Galatz\u00f3 estate<\/strong> and the <strong>Fundaci\u00f3 Esment vegetable garden<\/strong>, where visitors can explore the natural and ethnological heritage linked to agriculture. Additionally, audiovisual screenings on agricultural production in the region will be shown. A <strong>traditional recipe contest<\/strong> will also be held, inviting participants to submit their own culinary creations.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1118\" data-end=\"1696\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\">One of the event&#8217;s highlights will be the appointment of renowned Mallorcan chefs as <strong>ambassadors of Serra de Tramuntana products<\/strong>, in recognition of their commitment to local gastronomy. To conclude the day, Tramuntana XXI will organise a communal meal featuring the traditional <strong data-start=\"1414\" data-end=\"1436\">arroz de carbonero<\/strong> (charcoal workers&#8217; rice), prepared by chef <strong data-start=\"1460\" data-end=\"1473\">Cati Pons<\/strong>, who won the <strong>Best Rice in Spain<\/strong> award in 2018 with this emblematic recipe.
