The fair, which has attracted visitors from across the island in its three previous editions, will feature a significant novelty this year: <strong data-start=\"454\" data-end=\"500\">its opening hours will be extended until 20:00<\/strong>, allowing attendees to enjoy the event for four more hours than in previous editions, when it used to conclude at 16:00.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"626\" data-end=\"1371\">The event, presented by the Ajuntament de S\u00f3ller, will once again combine <strong data-start=\"646\" data-end=\"682\">gastronomy, culture, and tradition<\/strong> with a wide variety of activities. There will be an <strong data-start=\"733\" data-end=\"810\">exhibition on the history and production of traditional cold cuts<\/strong>, sales points for <strong data-start=\"831\" data-end=\"863\">meats and derived products<\/strong>, and a <strong data-start=\"871\" data-end=\"926\">guided tour of S\u00f3ller\u2019s sausage factories<\/strong>. Additionally, visitors can enjoy <strong data-start=\"949\" data-end=\"1022\">live cooking demonstrations (&#8216;showcooking&#8217;) featuring recipes and tastings<\/strong>, as well as performances by <strong data-start=\"1048\" data-end=\"1109\">Estol de Tramuntana, Xeremiers de S\u00f3ller, and Di Pinto Di Piu<\/strong> to create a lively atmosphere. Moreover, children will have access to <strong data-start=\"1182\" data-end=\"1225\">workshops, entertainment, and other surprises<\/strong>.
