Although unemployment <strong>rose by 3.21%<\/strong> compared to October (+433 people), the <strong>year-on-year comparison<\/strong> shows a <strong>significant decrease of 5.52%<\/strong>, with <strong>812 fewer people<\/strong> unemployed.
