Organised by the <strong>Institut Municipal de l\u2019Esport (IME)<\/strong> of the Ajuntament de Palma, the activity is part of the <strong>PalmaDona<\/strong> programme, which promotes equality and sports.<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_110778\" style=\"width: 790px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-110778\" class=\"size-full wp-image-110778\" src=\"https:\/\/mallorcaglobalmag.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/VI-Marcha-Igualdad-Nordic-Walking-2024.webp\" alt=\"VI Equality Nordic Walking March 2024\" width=\"780\" height=\"525\" \/><p id=\"caption-attachment-110778\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Presentation of the VI Equality Nordic Walking March 2024. Photo: Ajuntament de Palma.<\/p><\/div>\n<p>The march will start at <strong>11:00 a.m.<\/strong> from <strong>Plaza de Cort<\/strong> and will end at <strong>Balneario 13 of Playa de Palma<\/strong>. Participants can choose from three routes adapted to different levels and distances:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>3.5 kilometres<\/strong> to Es Molinar Beach.<\/li>\n<li><strong>7 kilometres<\/strong> to Sant Joan de D\u00e9u &#8211; Es Carnatge.<\/li>\n<li><strong>11 kilometres<\/strong> to Balneario 13.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Free registration and participant benefits<\/h3>\n<p>Registration is completely free and can be done via the website <a href=\"https:\/\/elitechip.net\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">elitechip<\/a> or in person on the same day, between <strong>9:00 a.m.<\/strong> and <strong>10:30 a.m.<\/strong>, at <strong>Plaza de Santa Eul\u00e0lia<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>So far, more than 600 people have registered, and organisers expect to exceed 1,000 participants. All registered attendees will receive a <strong>sticker bib<\/strong>, a <strong>commemorative gymsack<\/strong>, and a <strong>reusable water bottle<\/strong>. Additionally, thanks to the collaboration of <strong>MercaPalma<\/strong>, a <strong>healthy snack<\/strong> will be offered at the end of the route.<\/p>\n<h3>Free transport and complementary activities for the <strong>Nordic Walking Equality March<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Palma\u2019s <strong>EMT<\/strong> will facilitate travel to the event by offering free transport on lines 3, 7, 20, 25, and 35 to those presenting their bib or registration.
