This gastronomic event, organised by <strong>AgenciaCom<\/strong> and the Federaci\u00f3 de <strong>Restauraci\u00f3 de les Illes Balears<\/strong> (CAEB), is celebrating its <strong>XIX edition<\/strong> with a programme full of <strong>new features<\/strong> and the aim of <strong>positioning Ciutat<\/strong> as a <strong>gastronomic reference in Spain<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Since its inception, <a href=\"https:\/\/tapalma.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">TaPalma<\/a> has established itself as a key tool for the <strong>promotion of local gastronomy<\/strong>, the enhancement of the <strong>quality of local products<\/strong>, the <strong>creativity<\/strong> of its professionals, and the <strong>revitalisation<\/strong> of the city during the event. Photo: Ajuntament de Palma.<\/p><\/div>\n<p>Palma\u2019s Mayor, <strong>Jaime Mart\u00ednez Llabr\u00e9s<\/strong>, described the fair as &#8220;an<strong> unmissable event<\/strong> on Palma\u2019s gastronomic calendar&#8221;, emphasising the importance of creating synergies between culture, sport, heritage, and gastronomy to offer an integrated image of the city. Photo: TaPalma.<\/p><\/div>\n<p>On Monday, <strong>25 November<\/strong>, two days before the official start of the tapas route, the much-anticipated TaPalma 2024 Competition will take place at the <strong>Palau de Congressos de Palma<\/strong>. This contest, now in its <strong>seventh consecutive year<\/strong>, will feature three main categories:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Tapa TaPalma 2024<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Tapa Sobrassada de Mallorca IGP 2024<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Cocktail TaPalma 2024<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>In each category, gold, silver, and bronze prizes will be awarded.
