The next Saturday, 9th November<\/strong>, Parc de Sa Riera in Palma<\/strong> will once again host the celebration of Nit de les \u00c0nimes 2024<\/strong>, offering numerous and varied activities for children and families. This event, now in its eighth edition<\/strong>, is part of an initiative to recover and promote the tradition of All Saints<\/strong> among the citizens of Palma and is organised by the Department of Citizen Participation of the Palma City Council in collaboration with various local organisations, such as the Neighbourhood Association Ca\u2019s Capiscol-Son Busquets-Tramuntana<\/strong>, the Neighbourhood Association Santa Pagesa<\/strong>, the Club de Esplai Xiroi<\/strong>, the Dimonis des Cau des Boc Negre<\/strong>, and the Batucada Deixonats<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The programme will start at 4:30 pm<\/strong> at the amphitheatre<\/strong> of Parc de Sa Riera with a performance by the xeremiers<\/strong> (traditional Mallorcan pipers). At 5:00 pm<\/strong>, Music Mec<\/strong> will present a children\u2019s show<\/strong>, followed by a traditional dance<\/strong> performed by the folk music group Roada<\/strong>, beginning at 6:45 pm<\/strong>. At 8:30 pm<\/strong>, the Dimonis des Cau des Boc Negre will start the correfoc<\/strong>, one of the night\u2019s most anticipated events.<\/p>\n

In parallel, at the sensory park esplanade<\/strong>, various activities will take place from 4:30 pm to 7:30 pm<\/strong>, such as lantern-making workshops, sugar rosaries, face painting, and puppet shows<\/strong>. There will also be storytelling<\/strong> with the play \u201cJourney to Aina\u2019s World\u201d<\/strong> in sessions at 5:00 pm, 6:00 pm, and 7:00 pm<\/strong>, as well as a stall selling fritters<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

\"NitTheatrical tours in the cemetery<\/h2>\n

The Palma cemetery<\/strong> will join the celebration with theatrical guided tours<\/strong> from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm<\/strong>, in 11 shifts<\/strong>. The last tour will start at 7:40 pm, and the meeting point will be the main gate of the cemetery on Calle de Jes\u00fas. Pre-registration is free<\/strong> and opened on 30th October at 1:30 pm.
