The Santany\u00ed Town Hall has organised all the details for the celebration of Santany\u00ed Fair 2024<\/strong>, which will take place on Saturday, 19 October<\/strong>. This main event will fill the town\u2019s streets and squares with a wide variety of local products<\/strong>, exhibitions, and activities for all ages<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Highlights of Santany\u00ed Fair 2024<\/strong><\/h2>\n

As usual, the Fira will be an outdoor showcase<\/strong> featuring artisan stands<\/strong>, local associations, and displays of animals and vehicles. The day will begin at 10:00 am<\/strong> with a performance by the Santany\u00ed Municipal Band<\/strong>, followed by a release of doves<\/strong> by the Santany\u00ed Pigeon Club<\/strong>. Attendees will have the entire day to enjoy the Fira.<\/p>\n

One of the most anticipated moments will be the correfoc<\/strong> by the group Espiadimonis de Felanitx<\/strong>, which will fill the streets with fire and pyrotechnics<\/strong>. This spectacle will begin at 10:30 pm<\/strong> with a children\u2019s correfoc<\/strong>, followed by the grand correfoc<\/strong> starting at 11:00 pm<\/strong>, which will go from the Music School<\/strong> to the Placeta de la Porta Murada<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Santany\u00ed\u2019s mayor, Maria Pons<\/strong>, has invited everyone to enjoy the Fira: \u201cThis event is an essential part of our identity as a town, and every year it becomes an opportunity to showcase the best of Santany\u00ed. We invite both locals and visitors to spend a great day with us, enjoying the traditions, music, and the lively atmosphere in our streets.\u201d<\/p>\n

The councillor for Fairs and Markets<\/strong>, Antoni Matas<\/strong>, explained everything visitors can expect throughout the day: \u201cThe Fira de Santany\u00ed offers a wide range of activities for all tastes: from classic car and motorcycle exhibitions<\/strong> to displays of falconry birds<\/strong> and dog breeds. We will also have a gastronomic showcase<\/strong> with local products, which will undoubtedly be one of the main attractions. We want everyone to enjoy a day full of fun and culture.\u201d<\/p>\n

With a wide variety of activities<\/strong> throughout the day, the Fira de Santany\u00ed<\/strong> promises to be a memorable event for families, culture lovers<\/strong>, and visitors<\/strong> from across the island.<\/p>\n
