Each year, from late July to early August, Pollen\u00e7a comes alive with a series of events that combine <strong>tradition, culture, and fun for all ages<\/strong>. These events are designed for a public eager to enjoy the festival and the company of <strong>friends, neighbors, and family<\/strong>. From children to the elderly, everyone has their own way of experiencing the Patron Saint festival, with references and traditions that move them. All that remains is to adopt the right attitude to turn these special moments into <strong>lasting memories<\/strong>. Photos: Ajuntament de Pollen\u00e7a.<\/p><\/div>\n<p>One of the most anticipated moments of the festivities is the <strong>Moors and Christians<\/strong> reenactment, a historical representation that commemorates the town&#8217;s defense against the corsair attacks of the pirate Dragut. This event, held on <strong>August 2<\/strong>, the <strong>highlight<\/strong> of the festivities, is full of drama and symbolism and features the enthusiastic participation of the town&#8217;s residents, who dress in traditional costumes and recreate the battles in a display of color and emotion.
