Tu tries!&#8221;<\/strong> to <strong>engage citizens and entities<\/strong> in the <strong>review and reorientation<\/strong> of the <strong>economic, social, and environmental<\/strong> development of the archipelago. This <strong>platform for participation open to all society<\/strong> (<a href=\"https:\/\/pacteperlasostenibilitat.org\/es\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">https:\/\/pacteperlasostenibilitat.org\/es<\/a>) is framed within the <a href=\"https:\/\/mallorcaglobalmag.es\/en\/balearic-islands-tourism-model\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Social and Political Pact for Sustainability<\/strong><\/a>, aiming to <strong>identify trends and challenges<\/strong> affecting the islands and <strong>explore multiple possible futures<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The president of the Govern, <strong>Margalida Prohens<\/strong>, emphasizes the <strong>importance<\/strong> of democratic and transparent participation, aiming to increase <strong>inclusion and geographic coverage<\/strong> across all islands and municipalities. &#8220;In this way, we aim to capture viewpoints on a large scale,&#8221; Prohens said. Additionally, she invites all citizens and regional stakeholders to contribute any <strong>relevant information, data, research, or knowledge<\/strong> to this process.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-107857 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/mallorcaglobalmag.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/2024_7_1_3043780.webp\" alt=\"plataforma ciudadana pacto por la sostenibilidad\" width=\"780\" height=\"459\" srcset=\"https:\/\/mallorcaglobalmag.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/2024_7_1_3043780-768x452.webp 768w, https:\/\/mallorcaglobalmag.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/2024_7_1_3043780.webp 780w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 780px) 100vw, 780px\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Citizen proposals<\/strong>, registered on the web platform, will be <strong>evaluated by multidisciplinary working groups<\/strong>. These groups, composed of members of the Social and Political Pact for Sustainability, will address <strong>12 areas of reflection-action<\/strong>, including representatives from economic sectors, universities, local administrations, political parties, and civil society entities.
