The Consell<\/strong> presented today Monday, July 1<\/strong> the program Cultura en vena (Culture in vein) 2024<\/strong> in Mallorca<\/strong> for this summer. Lloren\u00e7 Galm\u00e9s<\/strong>, president of the island institution, highlighted the organization of numerous cultural and artistic events<\/strong> designed to bring culture closer to all citizens of the island<\/strong>. Additionally, he invited citizens to enjoy the varied programming that will extend over the months of July, August, and September<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The program includes various cycles, among which two new proposals stand out: Miseric\u00f2rdia Petit<\/strong>, with many children’s activities<\/strong>, and Dissabtes a La Miseric\u00f2rdia<\/strong>, offering weekly concerts<\/strong> at the cultural center. Also notable are the concert series La Lluna en Vers<\/strong>, La Volta a Mallorca<\/strong>, the Contacontes<\/strong> at Miseric\u00f2rdia, as well as the exhibitions<\/strong> at both the cultural center and the Museum of Mallorca.<\/p>\n

“In this way, we are launching the cultural promotion campaign Cultura en vena, which conveys the idea that Mallorca carries culture within its depths<\/strong>, that it is an integral part<\/strong> of the island’s identity and also of our way of life<\/strong>“, explained President Galm\u00e9s. That is why the campaign logo includes different heritage elements of the island such as the Cathedral of Mallorca; the Bellver Castle; the Pont\u00e0s; Na Foradada; a mill and a lighthouse.<\/p>\n

Additionally, Galm\u00e9s explained, the cultural promotion campaign includes the participation of prominent cultural personalities. These ambassadors include Llum Barrera<\/strong> (actress); Agust\u00edn el Casta<\/strong> (comedian); Jaume Anglada<\/strong> (singer); Jaume Colomb\u00e0s<\/strong> (musician); Ren\u00e9 Makela<\/strong> (plastic artist); Tomeu Penya<\/strong> (singer); Mar Vives<\/strong> (lyric singer); Jaume Ripoll<\/strong> (Atlantida Mallorca Film Fest); Joan Carles Bestard<\/strong> (actor); Joan Muntaner<\/strong> (singer); Jos\u00e9 Juan Umbert<\/strong> (musician) and Paco Gonz\u00e1lez<\/strong> (musician).<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
