The Town Hall has presented the programme for this S\u00f3ller meat fair market, which will take place over the course of Sunday morning. The epicentre of the activities will be the Municipal Market.<\/p>\n<p>The S\u00f3ller Meat Fair will once again feature an exhibition based on the book &#8220;Historia de las f\u00e1bricas de embutidos de S\u00f3ller&#8221; (History of the S\u00f3ller sausage factories), by authors Juan Antonio Fern\u00e1ndez Vila and Toni Quetgles Cifre.
