The busiest day for air traffic will be Saturday, with a total of 1,269 scheduled flights. A total of 5,719 flights will be operated this Pilar long weekend, from Thursday to Sunday, in the Balearic Islands<\/p>\n

The island airports will operate a total of 5,719 flights this Pilar long weekend, that is, from Wednesday, October 11, until Sunday, October 15. A figure that is 15% less than the same period in 2022, although, yes, the bridge had an extra day, from Tuesday to Sunday. This year, the busiest day for air traffic will be Saturday, with a total of 1,269 flights at the three aerodromes.<\/p>\n

In addition, according to data provided by Aena, the airports of Palma, Ibiza and Menorca operated a total of 1,068 flights on Thursday, the Pilar holiday, of which 710 had international destinations, mostly German.<\/p>\n

Palma airport carried out 212 domestic and 532 international connections; at Ibiza airport, 97 domestic and 130 international flights were scheduled, and at Menorca airport, 49 domestic and 48 international flights were operated.<\/p>\n
