Tasting notes: Made with Callet, Syrah and Pinot Noir and aged in oak barrels, it shows a youthful, light profile, with fruity aromas and a pale colour. On the palate it is smooth and easy to drink, with very subtle, well-integrated tannins that enhance its freshness.
BO BÓ (BOURGEOIS + BOHEMIAN)
Winery: Trapezio.
Appellation: Mendoza, Argentina.

Tasting notes: Almost black in colour with violet edges; on the nose it suggests oak, toasted notes, dark chocolate and red-jam nuances. The freshness of the Malbec grape stands out, with fruity hints. Firm, ripe tannins and a long, rounded finish.
TEMPO D’ANGELUS
Winery: Château Angélus.
Appellation: Bordeaux.

Tasting notes: With intense aromas of red fruits, berries and cherries, this Bordeaux shows a dark, brilliant colour. The palate offers freshness and pure fruit thanks to a fine acidity. The finish is persistent, with light touches of toasted coffee and oak.

Tasting notes: Deep ruby-red in colour, it presents a bouquet with notes of woodland berries, flowers, leather, tobacco and sweet spices. On the palate, it is balanced and coherent, with slightly austere tannins. Perfect with roasts and slow-cooked meat stews.

Tasting notes: Pale salmon in colour, it reveals aromas of white flowers, green apple and a subtle hint of almond. Fresh and lively on the palate, with pleasant acidity and notes of red fruits and citrus. The finish is mineral and persistent.
