The Regional Ministry of Social Affairs and Sports convened the jury of the Premis Esports IB 2022 on Monday 21 November to vote on the candidatures presented and unanimously approved by the Balearic Sports Assembly. The Premis Esports IB 2022 competition, organised by the Department of Social Affairs and Sports through the Directorate General of Sports, is celebrating its fifth edition this year. On this occasion, the best sportsmen and women and clubs of the 2021/2022 season will be honoured with awards that value the effort and talent of the sportsmen and women and clubs of the Balearic Islands.

- “Posam valors a l’esport” Esports IB: Tatiana Ferreira (Football for Equality Association).
- Promise male Esports IB: Izan Guevara (2004) (Motorcycling).
- Promise female Esports IB: Noa Djiu (2004) (Basketball).
- Best female sportswoman Esports IB: Mavi Garcia (Cycling).
- Best male athlete Esports IB: Augusto Fernández (Motorcycling).
- Best adapted sportsman or woman Esports IB: Xavi Torres (Swimming).
- Best adapted sportswoman Esports IB: Violeta del Reino (Sailing).

The jury has been chaired by the Councillor Fina Santiago and the vice-presidency of the General Director of Sports, Carles Gonyalons, and has representation from the four island councils, the individual sports federations, the team sports federations, the Official College of Graduates in Sciences and Sports of the Balearic Islands, the Official College of Graduates in Sciences and Sports of the Balearic Islands and the Official College of Graduates in Sciences and Sports of the Balearic Islands, the Official College of Graduates in Physical Activity and Sports Sciences, the Association of Journalists of the Balearic Islands, the Union of Journalists of the Balearic Islands, the Association of Professional Sports Managers of the Balearic Islands and the Federation of Local Entities of the Balearic Islands.
