The Nit de l’Art de Manacor (Manacor Art Night) will be held for the first time in 2022, filling the Fartàritx neighbourhood with art. It will take place on Saturday 1 October from 17:00. Different artistic disciplines and manifestations will occupy public and private spaces in the Fartàritx neighbourhood. The aim is to bring local contemporary creation closer to the public. “There is a sufficiently effervescent cultural movement in Manacor that demands visibility and an activity that we wanted to bring together,” explained the Manacor Town Council’s Culture Delegate, Mateu Marcé.
This first Nit de l’Art de Manacor will impregnate the streets with the art that is often hidden behind screens. Or even dismissed in the face of the great number of artistic offerings the world has to offer at the moment.
More than 70 artists and craftsmen from various disciplines will take part in the cultural event. In addition, entities such as the Cofradía de Catavinos or the Asociación de Vecinos de Fartàritx are also collaborating.
