The Mostra de Cuina de Mallorca brings the Pla i Raiguer Route, which includes 60 restaurants in the area and can be visited until Sunday 2 April
La Mostra de Cuina de Mallorca 2023 is a project of Restauració Mallorca Caeb that consists of the creation of several gastronomic routes around four areas of the island of Mallorca to promote the restaurant sector and the consumption of local products. Each route lasts four days – from Thursday to Sunday – and will be held between 6 March and 2 April.
The president of the Consell de Mallorca, Catalina Cladera, said that “the Mostra promotes Mallorca as a gastronomic and quality tourist destination all year round”. For Cladera, the economic activity it generates strengthens the restaurant industry and local producers. “It also highlights the value of local produce and our chefs, and helps to warm up the engines in preparation for the start of the season on the eve of Easter,” he explained.
