Tickets are already on sale and can be purchased through the Symphony’s website. The price of tickets for children (up to fifteen years old) costs 5 euros and these can only be purchased at the Trui Teatre box office (Thursday from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.).

Through the music of Gustav Holst’s masterpiece, “The Planets” invites you to travel through the solar system, to discover astronomy and astrology and the characteristics of the planets.

The work is an orchestral suite made up of seven movements, each dedicated to the planets except Earth. The music describes the characteristics of each one.

school functions

Almost a thousand children from primary and secondary schools in Mallorca will enjoy the show with two school performances on March 16, at 10 a.m. and 12 p.m. at the Trui Teatre. The Symphony launches this type of initiative to consolidate the educational objectives and bring the orchestra closer together, also establishing a relationship of complicity and proximity between the public and the orchestra.
