Son Servera will once again become the hub of Mallorca’s rural winter with the celebration of the Almond Blossom Fair (Fira de la Flor d’Ametler) 2026, a fair that pays tribute to one of the island’s most emblematic landscapes: the almond trees in bloom. Marking its 16th edition, the event will take place on Sunday 1 February 2026, between 9:30am and 2:00pm, in the historic setting of the Cases de Ca s’Hereu.

Almond Blossom Fair 2026

This medieval building, dating back to the 13th century, becomes the stage each year for a strongly traditional fair dedicated to Mallorca’s agrarian heritage, local produce and popular culture.

Tradition, agriculture and local produce

Throughout the morning, the venue will host a full programme linked to the world of the almond tree and Mallorca’s rural life. Among the highlights is an exhibition of antique agricultural machinery, offering a glimpse into how the countryside was worked in the past, as well as a display of almond varieties showcasing the richness and diversity of this deeply rooted local product.

The fair will also feature stalls with crafts and local produce, where visitors can discover artisan creations and gastronomic offerings based on Mallorcan almonds, one of the most representative ingredients in traditional cuisine.

Folklore and a festive atmosphere at the Almond Blossom Fair 2026

The cultural and festive element will come through music and traditional dance. At 12:30pm, the performance by the Agrupació Folklòrica Sa Revetla is scheduled, one of the most anticipated moments of the day, helping to reinforce the fair’s popular, family-friendly atmosphere.

The Almond Blossom Fair 2026 in Son Servera is firmly established as an excellent option for enjoying a different Sunday, strolling among almond trees in bloom and connecting with Mallorca’s agricultural and cultural identity.
