Inca is getting ready to celebrate its Setmana Gran with the arrival of the Dijous Bo 2025, Mallorca’s most important fair and one of the island’s most anticipated popular events of the year. The celebration will take place on Thursday, 13 November, preceded by the traditional Dimecres Bo on Wednesday, 12 November. During these days, the streets and squares of Inca will transform into a huge showcase of tradition, commerce and popular culture, offering a wide range of activities that include exhibitions, agricultural displays, gastronomic experiences, sports competitions and live music. All of this creates a festive atmosphere that attracts thousands of visitors year after year.

Tradition, commerce and heritage

Among the most notable events on the programme are, once again, the Fira de Comerç, which will fill Plaça de Mallorca; the livestock exhibition and the Morphological Contest of the Porc Negre Mallorquí in Plaça del Bestiar; and the Mercat Tradicional Pagès, which will spread throughout much of the historic centre. As a novelty, the exhibition “150 years of the railway in Mallorca” will be held at the Claustre de Sant Domingo, commemorating 150 years since the arrival of the train to the city and serving this year as the central theme of the fair.

Beats that bring the Dimecres and Dijous Bo 2025 to life

Music will once again be one of the main features of the Dijous Bo celebrations. On 12 November, the programme will offer a wide variety of concerts, afternoon parties and open-air verbenas that will fill the city’s squares and venues with rhythm. From the reggae vibes of Atàvik Sound System at Pub Es Pou to DJ sessions by DJ Xema, David Balboa, Xisqueta, Paco Bellucci and Julito at Pub Nits, not forgetting the Latin atmosphere at La Chismosa Social Club, hosting DJ Privilege, DJ Álex del Castillo and DJ Brainer, among others. The highlight of the night will be at Sa Lluna, with performances by Antarctic & Butxe, Clandestino, Marieta, Martins and Pep Torrens.

Dijous Bo 2023

The main day of the fair will keep the festive spirit alive with the presence of xeremiers (traditional Mallorcan pipers) and folk dances throughout the historic centre. In the afternoon, the programme will close with performances by Valerio Latina, Chitowsky, Raisol and Miama Summer Parties + local DJs at Sa Lluna, bringing the curtain down on this edition.
