Currently, there are 7,634 patients admitted for coronavirus throughout Spain and in the last 24 hours there have been 1,010 admissions.
The positivity rate, for its part, stands at 14.29%. To consider that the spread of the virus is controlled, the World Health Organization (WHO) recommends that the percentage be below 5%.
They remain above 500 cases per 100,000 inhabitants, the highest risk indicator, 16 communities. Navarra (1,488), the Basque Country (1,183), La Rioja (1,163) and Aragón (1,019) are at the top of the list.
These communities are followed by Castilla y León (923), Asturias (762), Melilla (728), Ceuta (900), Balearic Islands (673), Valencian Community (701), Galicia (593), Murcia (817), the Community Madrid (809), Catalonia (662), the Canary Islands (645) and Cantabria (557).
