Mallorca has two of the ten most expensive homes for sale in Spain. The two properties, located in Andratx and Calvià, break into the ranking of the ten most expensive homes for sale in Spain in 2023, published by Idealista. The two houses occupy the number 7 and 8 position, surpassed by 6 properties located in the province of Malaga.

The first of these is a detached house or villa for sale in Port d’Andratx for 24,995,000 euros. It occupies the 7th position in the ranking.

With direct views of Port d’Andratx, the sea and the surrounding mountains, the property consists of more than 8 hectares of land. It is situated on a hill and offers a lot of privacy. A private driveway leads to the luxury property of approximately 2.059 m². In addition to the main house, it also has two guest houses. In total, the villa has six bedrooms and five bathrooms plus a guest toilet. It offers an indoor pool and spa area as well as a fitness room. The spacious outdoor area with various open and covered terraces, the barbecue area and the generous salt water infinity pool offer spectacular views of the surroundings. There is an underground garage for at least five vehicles as well as several free parking spaces. In addition, a licence for the construction of a heliport is currently being processed.

The second Mallorcan property, eighth in the ranking, is located in Cala Vinyes, Calvià, and sells for 24,000,000 euros.

Built in 2014 on a large plot of 3.000 m2, it is nestled on the edge of a cliff, overlooking the bay of Palma and with direct access to the sea. The location is ideal due to its proximity to a protected green zone, a pine forest with a hidden beach and a restaurant. The villa has a frontage of 43 metres, which gives every room a spectacular view of the sea and the sunrise. It consists of three floors connected by a lift. The access has a path that leads to a large roundabout, with a centuries-old olive tree in the centre. The house has 7 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms. In the lower part, it has a 100 m2 green tiled swimming pool, with a waterfall and a jacuzzi built into the rock surface and, through a large garden, there is the staircase to the sea with views over the bay of Palma.
