Mallorca Carnival 2025 is about to fill the streets of the island with its characteristic festive atmosphere, music, and costumes. Known as “Els Darrers Dies” (The Last Days), as it marks the last major festivity before Lent, it is one of the most eagerly awaited celebrations of the year for Mallorcans and visitors alike. This year, the main festivities will take place between 22nd February and 4th March, featuring parades and activities in different towns and cities across the island.
Below, you can discover the main activities of Mallorca Carnival 2025 in various locations such as Campanet, Muro, Pollença, or Sa Pobla. Parades, workshops, children’s entertainment, and costume contests will bring life to every corner of the island, offering plans for all ages in a festive and family-friendly atmosphere.
Timetables and Dates for Mallorca Carnival 2025
Campanet
- Carnival Decoration Workshop 2025. Aimed at children aged 6 and over. Registration available at this link.
- Date: Saturday, 22nd February 2025.
- Time: From 10:00 to 11:30.
- Location: Plaça Major.
- Sa Rua. The registration period for Sa Rua 2025 ends on 26th February and can be done in person at the Ajuntament or via the Electronic Headquarters of Campanet. More information at this link.
- Date: Saturday, 1st March 2025.
- Time: From 18:00 (gathering at 16:30 in Plaça Major).
- Location: Plaça Major.
Campos
- Sa Rua. The registration period for Sa Rua 2025 runs from 17th to 26th February and can be done in person at the Ajuntament (from 9:00 to 13:30), by phone at 971169500, or at this link. More information on the Town Hall’s website (rules).
- Date: Saturday, 1st March 2025.
- Time: From 15:30 (gathering at 14:45 in Plaça dels Tres Molins for individuals or pairs, in Avinguda de Nicolau Fullana for groups, and in Ronda de s’Estació for floats).
- Route:
- 1st lap: Plaça dels Tres Molins, creu d’en Noreta, carrers de Santanyí, Convent, Plaça, camí de Mar, creu d’en Verdera, carrers de l’Aigua and Síquia, and Creu d’En Noreta.
- 2nd lap: Creu d’En Noreta, carrer de Santanyí, Avinguda de Nicolau Oliver Fullana, Ronda de s’Estació, finishing at Plaça de s’Estació.
Esporles
- Sa Rua in Esporles includes a costume contest with three €200 prizes for the most elaborate, the funniest, and the most original. Registrations from 5th to 26th February at the Town Hall Register (during office hours) or via the Electronic Headquarters. More information on the municipal website. After the parade, there will be children’s entertainment, an award ceremony, and an afternoon party in the Placeta des Jardinet marquee.

Marratxí

- Sa Rua. A festive parade that brings together residents and visitors to enjoy music and a great atmosphere.
- Date: Saturday, 22nd February 2025.
- Time: From 16:30 (gathering at 15:30 in front of Escola Municipal de Ceràmica Pilar Sastre, s’Escorxador).
- Route: Esxorxador de Marratxí, heading towards sa Cabaneta, Camí de n’Olesa, towards Ajuntament de Marratxí, ending at Plaça de la Verònica.
