This Thursday 22nd September Palma celebrates Car Free Day. For this reason, parking in the ORA zone from the avenues towards the city centre will be prohibited all day long. Exceptionally, residents who have the corresponding badge will be able to park in this zone.

During the day, the EMT Palma Centro Circular line will be free of charge to facilitate access to the centre by public transport. This line connects the centre with neighbourhoods such as Bons Aires, es Fortí and Camp d’en Serralta, and runs along avenues, stopping at Plaça d’Espanya and different points in the centre.

In addition, the TIB and SFM means of transport will be free even for those who do not have the intermodal card.

The car-free day is part of the European Mobility Week events, with numerous activities for the public.
