The Parc de la Mar will be, from 30 April to 4 May, the stage for a new edition of Be Palma 2025, a gastronomy fair that celebrates local cuisine, craftsmanship and music in one of the city’s most iconic spaces, at the foot of Palma’s majestic cathedral and overlooking the sea.

From 11:00 am onwards, the venue will feature 8 food stalls where visitors can enjoy a wide range of dishes, from the most traditional to the most innovative, all with one common feature: local produce. Highlights include:
-
Freshly baked llonguets and Mallorcan coques.
-
Bread with sobrasada and other typical island sausages.
-
Artisan burgers and pizzas made with local ingredients.
-
Gourmet sandwiches and creative snacks.
To accompany these delicacies, the fair will offer a wide selection of drinks across 9 dedicated stalls featuring soft drinks, craft beers, local wines and natural fruit juices, all designed to enhance the flavours of Mallorca.
Be Palma 2025 will also feature stalls showcasing local crafts, allowing visitors to take home a piece of the island’s talent and tradition.
