ArtinSal 2023, the Ses Salines art night, will take place this Saturday 30 September. After the success of the first two editions, Ses Salines has everything ready to enjoy its third Nit de l’Art, ArtinSal. A quality artistic and social event which has included several disciplines, with a range of artists that will meet the expectations of the salineros and salineras and the rest of the visitors.
The ArtinSal 2023 programme kicks off at 16:30. Children and families can enjoy a Drip Painting at 16:30. An activity guided by Joan Mariando in the Plaça Espanya area. The official inauguration will be at 18:00, with the presence of the authorities accompanied by the Xeremiers. The event will then be opened to the locals and visitors with the Municipal Choir and Band, who will perform the Ses Salines anthem in the Plaça Major. This will be followed by the opening of the master exhibition of the artists Pascual de Cabo and Daniel Codorníu, which will be held in the Old Church. In addition to the 80 exhibitions that make up the ArtinSal 2023 art exhibition.
The exhibitions will be distributed in interior spaces donated by residents of the town and, outside, along Alcalde Andreu Burguera Mut street, San Bartomeu square, Sitjar street, Plaza Mayor square and the town hall building. The winner of this year’s painting competition, the artist Enrique Razkin, will be exhibited here.
Live music and art
The Plaça Major and Plaça Sant Bartomeu will be the musical venues for this edition of ArtinSal. In the former, at 18:00, DJ Armando Fernández will be playing, followed by CBM Mallorca dancing. In Sant Bartomeu, DJ Armando Fernández will be playing from 19:00. He will be followed by the group JANE YO, dj Daltonic and Glasford. During the day, the municipality will feature live artistic performances that will surprise those who visit Ses Salines on this special day.
