Teatre Municipal Mar i Terra in Palma will host the XX Amateur Theatre Showcase Burball 2024 from 6 to 29 September, a highlight event for local theatre enthusiasts. Over three weeks, theatre groups from the Balearic Islands will present a diverse selection of plays, ranging from comedies to adaptations of classics. Performances will take place every weekend, with tickets priced affordably between 5 and 10 euros. Tickets can be purchased in advance online or at the box office one hour before each performance.

Up to 10 plays will be performed throughout September as part of the XX Amateur Theatre Showcase Burball 2024, offering amateur actors the chance to showcase their talent at the Teatre Municipal Mar i Terra. This initiative, which has been a success year after year, celebrates its twentieth edition, establishing itself as a significant theatrical event in Mallorca. With a varied and accessible programme, this festival has earned a prominent place among theatre lovers, promising to fill the theatre at every performance.

Tickets can be purchased on the Palma Cultura website up to two hours before the show, or at the box office one hour before the start of each performance.
