The BaleArt 2026 Craft Fair takes place from 29 October to 1 November at La Misericòrdia in Palma, with free admission and 70 exhibitors from Mallorca, Menorca, Eivissa and Formentera. Opening hours are 11:00 to 20:00, except on Sunday, when the fair closes at 16:00. The event has increased its number of exhibitors by 75% compared with 2025, rising from 40 to 70, and introduces artisan food products for the first time.

Visitors can discover and purchase handmade products in the gardens and Pati d’Homes courtyard of La Misericòrdia, as well as attend demonstrations of traditional crafts, workshops and tastings. The fair, organised by the Govern de les Illes Balears in collaboration with the four island councils, aims to showcase local production and preserve traditional crafts.
What to find at BaleArt 2026
The fair features 70 accredited craftspeople representing twelve craft categories, presenting a wide variety of products made in the Balearic Islands. Highlights include pottery and ceramics, glasswork, woodwork and leather goods, basketry, textiles, paintings and creations made from different metals.
One of the main new features this year is the introduction of artisan food products, expanding the range to include honey, cheeses, coffee and liqueurs.
Participants hold the relevant craftsperson or master craftsperson certificates issued by the island councils, which certify their professional activity and the handmade nature of their products.
