Felanitx is getting ready for a truly unique summer. The Verbenas of Felanitx 2025, dedicated to Saint Augustine, mark their centenary this year with a very special programme that will take place in the Parc Municipal de Sa Torre and other emblematic spots around the town.

A centenary that will make history

The celebrations will kick off with the eagerly awaited Gran Verbena del Centenari, a musical and visual spectacle that will retrace one hundred years of festive tradition. Local associations, residents and guest artists will pay tribute to icons such as Antonio Machín and La Trinca, who once left their mark on the summer nights of the Parc.

On the same day, at noon, a moving moment will be experienced with the inauguration of the replica of the old gate of Parc de Sa Torre, a cherished symbol for generations of Felanitx residents. During the festivities, a commemorative book coordinated by Joan Ciria will also be presented, along with a historical exhibition at the portasses de l’Hospici, featuring images, memories and testimonies of these one hundred years of verbenas.
