Palma’s Passeig del Born will be the setting for the II Fira de Nadal de l’Ametlla de Mallorca (2nd Christmas Fair of Mallorcan Almond) this Saturday 30th November, from 3:30 pm to 9:30 pm. In this second edition, several local companies, which make their products with the prestigious Ametlla IGP de Mallorca, will offer a wide variety of Christmas delicacies, such as nougat, gató, nougat cakes, chocolates and caramelised almonds, all made with 100% Mallorcan almonds.

The fair is consolidating its position as an outstanding event in Palma’s Christmas programme, promoting the island’s local products and highlighting the quality of Mallorcan almonds, a product with the Protected Designation of Origin (PGI).

PalmaActiva has lent its support to this initiative, managing the occupation of the public thoroughfare and carrying out publicity work to ensure the success of the event. The II Fira de Nadal de l’Ametlla de Mallorca promises to be a meeting point in the heart of the city for lovers of local products and Christmas gastronomy.
